Cashmere and Japanese wool collection
We are pleased to announce that Cashmere and Japanese wool garments from the “North Village Light” collection will arrive at Center for COSMIC WONDER on on Saturday, September 2.
Unique sweaters and cardigans made of silky, soft, and warm cashmere. This cashmere is sourced from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a high-quality production area. Spinning and dyeing by Japan.
Japanese wool sleeveless coat made by hand. This wool from Japanese wool is sheared, washed by hand to remove dirt and oil, hand-spun to make yarn, and hand-knitted. The beauty that resides in handwork is the echo of life itself, by nature and man.

We are pleased to announce that early fall garments from the “North Village Light” collection will arrive at Center for COSMIC WONDER on on Saturday, August 19.
Light linen wool farmer shirts and skirts, folk pants, and geometric asymmetrical sleeveless dresses with large circle sequins. Linen wool sharkskin belted coat, haori jacket with tailored jacket turned inside out design, gathered shirt, and geometric sleeve bow tie dress with circle sequins. Classic cloak coat for walks in the woods and fields, made of precious Japanese Suffolk wool with a primitive texture of straw and grass remaining in the fabric.
Enjoy a beverage at the CW’s Organic Tea Salon on Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, August 20.

It is the season of light shining on all the greenery.
We are pleased to announce that Garabou sweater and early fall colored garments will arrive on on Saturday, July 8.
Garabou is a spinning machine developed at the end of the 19th century by Tatsumune Gaun, a former monk and inventor. It uses fallen cotton to spin yarns like hand-spun ones. Sweaters knitted with the rustic taste of garabou yarn have a textured feel and are everlasting and comfortable to wear. A piece-dyed collection for basic everyday wear is also available. Colors; Orange jade, Dark sumi, and Nirvana soil dyed in Amami-Oshima. Photos; Silk twill MM dress, Cotton paper voile doll shirt and tattsuke , and Cotton silk typewriter farmer dress.

We are pleased to announce the new arrival of “North Village Light” collection on Saturday, May 27 at Center for COSMIC WONDER.
The collection, made of cotton paper voile, includes a classic doll shirt, a wrapped dress with unique sleeves shaped like a geometric space craft, and CW’s iconic large circle dress. Also, from the home collection Ryugu, large sleeve t-shirts and dresses in a combination of woven and cut organic cotton twill fabrics that feel great on the skin. Beautiful colors include Shell, Black, Beeswax, Jade, Sumi, and Ryukyu indigo.

Garabou work wear collection
It is a new season with green buds.
We would like to introduce garabou workwear from COSMIC WONDER “North Village Light” collection. Garabou is a spinning machine mimics hand-spinning techniques, developed in the late 19th century by former monk and inventor Tatsumune Gaun. It can spin yarns like hand-spun yarns using fallen cotton. Organic cotton garabou yarn and silk are woven into tweed. Using the garabou fabric, we made folk cap and workwear. Work jackets are re-productions of 18th~19th century’s European jackets.

We are pleased to announce the new arrival of “North Village Light” collection on Saturday, April 8 at Center for COSMIC WONDER. Tweed work jacket and folk cap made from spun, organic cotton and silk yarn from Garabo(spinning machine). Dress inspired by 1920s work dress made of cotton linen classic broadcloth, tattuke pants inspired by Japanese work wear, and work pants with suspender buttons. Wrapped dress with geometric sleeves in broadcloth made of suvin cotton, extra-long staple grown in the south of India; shirt wrapped dress inspired by shirt from the 1920s, wrapped pants and gather wrapped skirt. Circular shirts, geometric-sleeved gather dress shirt, farmer dress, and slip dress made of cotton silk typewriter with excellent texture. Elegant silk twill shirt with luster. Old floral linen inspired by 18th century’s Indian chintz; shirt-dress, oversized t-shirt, t-shirt dress and wrapped culotte pants. Beautiful colors include Shell, Black, Beeswax, Jade, Sumi, and Ryukyu indigo.

The first collection of “North Village Light” is Indian sacred geometric block print scarf and haori jacket, A beautiful old-fashioned silhouette belted coat in classic back satin, an asymmetrical geometric dress with a large collar, and a unique skirt looks like drawstring bag, Linen oxford paper bag patterned dress and shirt, Japanese work wear “tattsuke” pants, dress with large geometric sleeves, Old-fashioned classic shirts in high-count linen and Basic wrapped pants and day dresses. We will also hold the “Spring Equinox Crafts and Arts Festival” on the same day.
The first collection will be available at Center for COSMIC WONDER on Saturday, March 11, and at the ONLINE STORE on Tuesday, March 14.

Flower of Life pattern express the light the infinite universe, Sashiko weaving is a cross weaving of hemp and organic cotton.
This collection includes haori coat with three-dimensional sleeves and tattuke(Japanese workwear), shirt with gathered necklines, shirt wrapped dress, night dress and tsunobukuro from old japanese harvest bag shapes. Colors are washed-out Natural, Sumi-ink dyeing, Earth soil is produced by mud dyeing in Amami Oshima.
